1. Our Commitment
CHAFACE maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA). We are fully committed to preventing, detecting, and reporting any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses minors. Protecting children from harm is a fundamental obligation that takes priority over all other considerations on our platform.
2. Age Restriction — Adults Only
CHAFACE is strictly an adults-only platform. Users must be at least 18 years of age to register or use the Service. We enforce this requirement through account registration controls. Any account found to belong to a minor is immediately terminated and all associated data is deleted. We do not knowingly allow minors to access the platform.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities:
- Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors (CSAM — Child Sexual Abuse Material).
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM in any form through the platform.
- Any conduct intended to exploit, harm, or endanger the safety of a child.
- Using the platform to arrange or facilitate offline contact with minors for exploitative purposes.
4. Detection and Moderation
CHAFACE employs multiple layers of protection to detect and prevent CSEA:
- Automated moderation: AI-based systems monitor content in real time and flag potential violations for immediate action.
- Human review: Reported content is reviewed by our moderation team to ensure accurate enforcement.
- User reporting: Users can report suspected CSEA or any inappropriate behavior directly within the app using the in-session report button. All reports are treated with urgency.
- Proactive detection: Where technically feasible, we apply hash-matching and other industry-standard tools to detect known CSAM.
5. Reporting to Authorities
When CHAFACE identifies or is made aware of potential CSAM or child exploitation, we take the following actions:
- Immediate removal of the content and suspension of the account involved.
- Report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by law (for US-connected incidents).
- Report to relevant national authorities, including Spanish law enforcement (Policía Nacional, Guardia Civil) and INTERPOL where applicable.
- Full cooperation with any law enforcement investigation, providing all legally requested information.
6. Enforcement
Any user found to have engaged in CSEA-related conduct faces:
- Immediate and permanent account ban, including device-level blocking.
- Preservation of evidence for law enforcement purposes.
- Mandatory reporting to law enforcement agencies.
There are no warnings or second chances for CSEA violations. Enforcement is immediate and irreversible.
7. Reporting CSEA to Us
If you encounter or suspect any child exploitation or abuse on CHAFACE, please report it immediately:
8. Review and Updates
These standards are reviewed regularly to ensure they remain current with legal requirements and best practices. We are committed to continuous improvement of our child safety measures. Any material changes will be reflected with an updated date at the top of this page.
